Cancellation by the customer: 1- If 120 hours or more of flight departure is canceled, a fine of 10% will be imposed on each person. And it has the option to redeem 90% or 100% as a credit for future trips. 2- Cancellation after 48 hours and less than 120 hours after the flight departure entails a fine of 25% per person and 75% as credit for future trips. 3- Cancellations received within 24 hours and less than 48 hours of flight departure will result in a fine of 50% per person and 50% as a credit for future trips. 4- Cancellation received within 24 hours of flight departure will result in a fine of 75% per person and 25% will be used as a credit for future trips.
