"Cancelation by customer: Cancelation received 5 Days or more before the trip kick-off will be eligible for 100% refund or 100% credit for future trips. Cancelation received more than 2 Days, but less than 5 Days before trip kick off will incur a penalty of 25% per person and 75% will be used as credit for future trips. Cancelation received more 1 Day, but less than 2 Days before trip kick off will incur a penalty of 50% per person and 50% will be used as credit for future trips. Cancelation received within 1 Day of trip kick off will incur a penalty of 75% per person and 25% will be used as credit for future trips. By Shamal: If the trip is canceled by Shamal, 100% refund to be sent to customer. If the trip is canceled by out of control circumstances include but are not limited to, natural disaster or other force majeure circumstance, we will contact you immediately and offer you the choice of equivalent services or a full refund. Covid-19: If there’s a complete lockdown, A full refund will be given to the customer If there’s a proven positive Covid-19 case in one of the trip registered guests, the trip will immediately be canceled, and a full 100% refund will be sent to the customer.
