To request cancellation of the reservation, please contact the customer service team at 0543655218 In the event of a request to cancel the reservation before the date of the trip within a period of 14 days or more, the full value of the amount will be kept as a balance in favor of the customer to be used within a maximum period of one calendar year, or the amount will be returned after deducting 20% as an administrative fee, and the remaining amount will be returned to the customer’s account within 3 working days. In the event of a request to cancel the reservation before the date of the trip within a period between 72 hours and 7 days, the institution will retain 50% of the value of the trip, and the remaining amount will be kept as a balance in favor of the customer to be used within a maximum period of one calendar year. In the event of a request to cancel the reservation less than 72 hours before the flight date, the institution will retain the full amount.
